In Native American mythology, the birth of a white buffalo heralds a time of peace between all nations. This mirror was inspired by the birth of a white buffalo calf in Wisconsin on August 20, 1994. Coming of the White Buffalo mirror "I was born upon the prairie, where the wind blew free, and where there was nothing to break the light of the sun."
